Grant Holdings is a family run property business with both Commercial and Residential properties across London. The business has a great history in the Clerkenwell area and regularly makes new investments into their property portfolio.

The Challenge

The Grant Holdings team were looking for a workspace that would provide them with ample working and breakout space, while also having the flexibility for built in meeting rooms for their team. The team were after a space that provided them with picture perfect views of London to impress visitors.

Workspace Design

The design of the space is neutral to reflect the professionalism of the firm and for the design to allow the views to be the real factor of the space. The team were supplied with outdoor furniture for their roof terrace space which they make regular use of during the summer months. With quality sofas and meeting room furniture also being supplied around the office for their collaboration needs.
