About New and Lingwood

An established brand with a presence since 1865, New and Lingwood has been providing relaxed and refined tailoring, loungewear, shoes and accessories to Gentlemen across the world. The fashion items provide men clothing with character and offer English ready-to-wear and made-to-measure fashion pieces.

The Challenge

New and Lingwood were looking for a workspace in the heart of Clerkenwell that would fit the refined look of their business while finding a space that had the flexibility to add their necessary needs. With two store locations in London, one in Eton and another store in New York City, New and Lingwood wanted a head office workspace that provided them with convenient transport links to their national stores.

Workspace Design

30 Warner Street was a blank canvas when New & Lingwood viewed the space with the sub800 team, however with their vision and sub800’s Operations Team design skills, the space has now been transformed into their dream workspace. The workspace includes a meeting room that the team use for conference calling globally with their New York City team and fashion suppliers.
